drive by this afternoon. baby is watching a show so i can post.
kids are home with a snow day, so could only workout during baby's nap, and was unable to finish. i tried finishing with the baby up, but he yelled and cried and threw things at me. bc he loves me that much!
squat - 95x5, 115x5, 135x3, 150x3x5
bench - 55x5, 70x5, 85x5, 97x5x5
row (one armed) - 30x8, 35x5, 40x5x5
abrollouts 8 until i couldnt stand the baby screaming at me anymore
hope i can do ab rollouts and goodmornings later. will definitely get cardio this evening. even if i have to pay my older son to watch the baby.
thank you for visiting! i hope to visit all of you this evening after the kids are in bed.

I am so laughing about the baby screaming and throwing things! Oh the love they share!! How old is the baby? I like them older, like potty trained, or maybe even graduated from high school!
Good workout Geek! Have to hand it to you on the determination front!Spoon Barbell Club

our 'workouts' sound a lot alike. You might need to start joining me at 4am haha. Great job getting done what you could under those conditions, Especially the squats! Everything else is difficult but I can't squat at all with action figures sailing at my butt. I'm impressed

Hey lady,
Flying objects or not, it's pretty amazing that you've got the gumption to lift all that weight with everything else you've got going on.
You already know I think you're amazing. Don't wanna be too redundant here!

What Rickie said! I cannot imagine having to squeeze lifts in all throughout the day. Is there some kind of an award for moms like you? There ought to be.

Wonder woman momma!!! I laughed out loud at the ab work through screaming. I remember many a day getting so angry having to cut off a bootcamp or pilates DVD after having my first because I couldn't stand her crying in the swing anymore. Can't momma just have some time to do what she needs to do?? Sometimes I'd start crying then too haha
Lifts are looking great - you sure do get some excellent work in between your full time super mom workPlease join me on my journey to find balance:
