163x5 (shaky muscles upon ascension and lean on 5th rep, but obviously stronger than Friday when I leaned forward on the 3rd rep. I also tried out Tina's idea about keeping elbows back to keep back tight and it worked! thanks, Tina!)

95x5 -feels good. i changed my grip width a bit. a bit wider per laua phelps-sweatt. not that wide, though.
Good Mornings - 95x10, 110x5
Situps - 15, 15, 15, 15 = 60 total. no assistance by pulling up by my knees on the last few, but i did sit and pant before belting out the last few for the last two sets. getting better. woohoo!
