i can do about 17 or 18 pullups wide grip, i want to do pullups for hst so i was wonderinghow much weight would oneadd to go to 10 and 5 reps?

This is something you can find out by experimenting. Since you're able to do 18 wide-grip pullups, try adding 5lbs and seeing how many you can do. Is it more than 10? Add another 5lbs. etc.
If you do this all at once you'll have to keep in mind that you're probably going to underestimate the weight since you'll be tired from the previous reps, but that's okay, because if you start there next time and do much better, you can just add more.
