    Exclamation Supplements while cutting

    On April 1st I will begin cutting. I'm 5'9 172.8lbs. Im finishing my bulking phase and I'm very pleased with my results. I don't need or want to lose a lot of weight, but I do want a more "shredded" body. I have a semi-visible 6-pack, but my hips/love handle area are the worst spots and I would like to have my abs be more defined. So what supplements should I take while cutting that will give me the best results? I have an excellent lifting/cardio/diet plan already from reading the forums on that, but the stuff about supplements are pretty contradicting at times and Im hoping for better responses on this thread. Any help is greatly appreciated!

    5'9 170lbs...just want a more shredded look.... you might just need to reduce your salt intake and look into supplements that can help you remove your excess water

    If that's the case then all you should need are 3 things (1) consistency (2) patience (3) a caloric deficit.

    That being said, these are the only supps that I think are worth a second look:
    -quality multi and fish oil (bulk or cut)
    -protein powder if needed (bulk or cut, to fill the gaps in your diet)
    -creatine monohydrate, Creapure brand (bulk or cut)
    -beta alanine (bulk or cut)
    -EC stack
    -TTA
    -Lean Xtreme or Reduce XT
    -Yomhimbine HCl (read this:http://forums.lylemcdonald.com/showthread.php?t=4076)
