    i take 5g post workout (training days)
    3g when i wake up in the morning (off days)

    But timing does not matter.. Just what I prefer.

    Theoretically you only need to take 5g of creatine every day for a month to become saturated. After that first month of taking creatine every day you then only need to take creatine on training days only.
