    Lifting for life

Im 15 years old at the moment. I started lifting september and haven't stopped then. I weighed at 181 when I began. I'm currently 191 I do cardio on my off days. Im 6'1 and 1/2 at the moment Idk how to check my body fat percentage is. I don't have a lot fat on me

I have a serious drive for fitness and bodybuilding. I would like to compete when I go to college. I don't have the options to do that here. I live erie Pa. The fattest city in the state of Pa. Im not part of that percentage. I need some advice on dieting because I do eat healthy. It's just that its harder for summer. It's all I ever think about. Soo hmu if ur in the area if not hmu anyways would love advice from older bodybuilders as well as young
