    My avi is where I'm at basically but leaner now

    21y/o 6ft lifting for 2 1/2 years from 167lbs@19% bf
    Now 177@12% bf (cutting)

    Current 1rm lifts;
    Bench 230
    Squat atg 280
    Deadlift 270

    End of year;
    Bench 305
    Squat 350
    Deadlift 345

    Am I doing ok?

    Yeah your squats and deadlifts are pretty far behind your bench but other than that youre doing alright
