click on reality tv -> Bravo's Workout
It's 45 mins or so but very entertaining. The premise is he gets hired as a personal trainer at a high end LA gym. All the female trainers wanna fuk him, all the guys want to be him. Winds up smashing a couple of the trainers, and pretty much all of them are crushing for him hard.
Aesthetic and Intellectual - both socially and academically. That's a true alpha male imo.
He is the man in my opinion. One of my role models. He just has a genuine great outlook on things and every time I see him I'm just like damn I wish this guy was my older brother or something.
By the way, he is so much different in real life (or at least this video) than he is in his youtube videos acting like a psycho-motivator. I get amped up from those videos but it can be overwhelming.
Don't understand why he gets so much hate here on the misc...

I haven't watched the vid yet (I will) but a couple days ago I decided to youtube search Greg Plitt's vids because I hear about him a lot. All I saw was a bunch of pseudo-badass bs, pseudo-philosopher, a lot of wanna-be alpha talk, and basically it just generally seemed like he was trying way too hard.
Honestly, after watching 3-4 vids I wanted to punch him in the mouth... I was very annoyed.
That being said, I'll give him another chance and watch this vid.
Will report back.

strong ***got. idiolizing someone other than yourself. Just like the media wants you to be. Separated from your true self. Just like bitches wanna be Kim kardashian...same concept. Different *******.
Are you aware of reality tv shows being FAKE? They give off the illusion of how people act to make stupid people like OP believe thats how people act...therefore socially engineering society.
Read up on how they push homosexuality in the media and the emasculation of Men. Its nothing new.

Calm down captain save a Plitt.
In most of his videos where he's NOT training someone it's just HIM working out and giving advice to a camera he sounds quite douchey and fake.
That being said, the video linked in the OP is quite good.... Seems like a cool guy and is definitely demonstrating alpha characteristics.

your unsatisfied because your holding yourself to SOCIETY's superficial standards.
http://deoxy.org/egofalse.htm
What i'm sayin is those reality shows are FAKE and they manipulate them to make the public think "oh, so thats how successful people act". For fcks sake, can't you see the falseness in that video? It's all scripted. They're constantly doing this since MTV's real world and it works because it socially manipulates the sheeple who don't know how to live through their own true selves.
Cliffs from video:
-Pushing homosexuality
-Emasculating men via power tripping female bosses
-Girls gushing over superficiality
-brb girls acting dumb over a compliment/fishing for compliments
blah bla blah
**** makes me yak
What im saying is you should NEVER trust the media these days. If you do, fine. But your a fcken fool in my book. A influential pretentious fool.
******Remind yourself why the camera is where it is at the crucial story line moments.

if he did, i think the average person (with no gym knowledge) would think "pfft this guy is just lucky cause of genetics he doesn't have to work hard." whereas him being super loud in your face, psycho all the philosophy makes the average person think "damn he must work really hard in the gym. if he can do it, so can i."
comes down to marketing imo
