    Stenadrol 10

    Im 145lbs and I wanna put on like 20lbs and my friend told me about this stenadrol 10 and I just wanna know the good and bad about it. Also I wanna know what to eat and how much to workout. Please let me know anything.

    If you are aware on how to set up a proper cycle, then I'm sure you're fine to take it. The OP was asking questions about basic dietary and training information, and is clearly not ready for steroids.

    So long as you have access to a proper PCT (no over the counter stuff, SERMs, etc.) and a healthy dose of liver support you should be good to go. If all those sound foreign to you, then you may want to reconsider.

    Thanks for getting back to me bro. I did have my liver support & PCT lined up, so all good. I'm on week 3 and no real side effects so far (knock on wood)...gains in strength are noticeable...gained about 6 or 7 lean lbs so far.
