i learned that...
you have to be in the RIGHT mindset (just one small distraction will wipe out all preparation you have built up)
you gotta have a SOLID PWO to hit a pr
and believe you can do it! it was really nervewrecking leading up to the lift
yay cant wait to be able to lift 2 plates just wanna share it out im so happy

At first i read it like any other topic in misc... with mild precaution.. but after reading it and noticing i was at this part of forum..:
Also thought you were talking about benching & was about to say,fml.. what have i been (or not been) doing in the gym for not being able to bench twice my bodyweight (inb4 rubbing one off)
Congratulations..Fact, that you can lift 205 while weighing 118lbs makes you stronger than 90% of the misc.

Nice work.
You have to train your mind the same way you train your body. You must protect it against the negative and feed it with the positive. Be mindful of what you watch, what you read and who you allow to influence you. Learn to consider your thoughts emotions and actions. Trust your gut face your fears head on and never quit. AJ Roberts
