Would you please rate my Push/Pull Split

    Hello to everyone,

I just finished my cut and reached 12/13 %, maybe 14 % for the worst, and my weight is 70 kg (6ft) at the moment. I know that this is very small, but I started off at 81 kg (22% bf).

Now I will start a lean bulk. Caloric maintenance is 2100. I will add 200 cals on training days and 100 on rest days.

    This is my routine:

    Day 1:
    Squat: 4x6-8
    Bench-Press: 3x6-8
    Dumbell Flys: 2x8-10
    Military-Press: 3x6-8
    Dips: 3x6-8
    French-Press: 3x8-12

    Day 2:
    Deadlift: 5x5
    Wide grip pull ups: 4x8-10
    Barbell-Rowing: 3x8-10
    Leg-curl: 3x10-12
    Leg extension: 3x6-8
    Barbell Curls 3 x 12-15 reps

    Rotation: Push/Pull OFF Push/Pull Arm-day+mobility OFF

    Strength:
    Bench-Press: 70kg
    Deadlift:115 kg
    Squat: 90 kg
    Military-Press: 45 kg
    Barbell-Rowing:70kg
    Leg-Press: 260 kg

1/10... recipe for chicken legs, rounded shoulders and a bad lower back. And a push/pull split isn't a good option by default.
