anyone else on this program?! i'm beginning next week, excited and nervous at the same time. excited because of the change (plateauing atm from full body) but nervous because it's a lot of volume. it looks fun, though.
thoughts on it? if you're on it/ have done it, what do/did you think about the program?!?!?!
