    how much size in 1 year

    is there a amount of muscle you can put on in a year natural (NO ROIDS) eg my biceps are 15.5" at the mo and is it possible for them to grow to 16" or bigger by this time next year if doing weights proply and how is best to train your arm (heavy and 3 sets)(light and more sets) for size and definition??
