I workout six days a week and eat good. My diet consists of 56% protein, 25% carbs, and 19% fats. I've been stuck at about 10.5% body fat for a while and want to reach 8%. My only supplements are whey protein, fish oil, and multi vitimin. Any advice?

Ya you are eating way to much protein unless your eating almost no calories? What is your calorie intake? Have you been counting calories? Fat doesn't make people fat you can up both Carbs and Fat and cycle the carbs. Try a different diet approach. I'm doing Leangains IF and it has worked great at break'n my hump I was on. Lost 8lbs in a month.

Best weight so far 187lbs 5/1/2012 - Then got a hot gf a boat and gained fat lol...
Starting again for the finish line of 180lbs - 11/1/2012 @ 201lbs
