If you are currently around 10% body fat and your goal is to hit about 5% body fat what is your approach? are you carb cycling? are you intermitting fasting?
how has your experience been so far? how has your training been? what are your calories like?
I am currently taking in between 1750-2150 calories a day I am intermitting fasting 16/8 and doing pretty good in general, but I am having more and more junk food cravings...
would like to hear some feed back on others who are in the same boat... how has your mood been? how are your cheat meals? do you believe in cheat meals? how has strength gone down? add whatever you like...
