    keto diet or calorie deficit for cutting for summer?

    im around 17% bodyfat which one will be better to get below 10% for summer time ie june july. im 16 years old weigh 168 lbs

    What i do, or after what i read, just lower carbs/fats and eat much protein to keep your hard muscle mass
    Worked for me, look at the pic...

    Can anyone fill me up on this? Cut= Low Carbs/Low fat- High protein and calorie deficit= win ?
