a cut is fine, probably going to have to get lower than 175 to see full ab definition since you haven't bulked prior.

good luck bro, keep the total calories low, protein high, weight heavy.

So I should bulk up first then cut? I know that there isn't any short-cuts this process. I just want the best way possible... I want to see results and I won't give up

If you want abs before summer, you can cut and you'll probably look really ill(as in sick, not like OOH MAN THAT'S ILL BROOO)

But if you're okay with skipping the abs for this summer, then lift heavy, and eat a caloric surplus of no more than 200-500. Make sure proteins are at a decent amount. Meal timing and frequency dun' matta' lil' hova.

Lift moderate to heavy weights 3x per week and workout all muscle groups while eating at 500 below maintenance calories.

On the day you go to the beach and want to show off abs do this 1) five minutes before you go to the beach, do 3..maybe 4 sets of abs exercises, get it all nice and vascular, 2) run right to the beach afterwards and flex like crazy.....BAM...abs by Summer BABY!

this x 1,000. I could be wrong OP, but your chances of getting abs within the next 2-3 months are slim to none. Not that you shouldn't go for it, obviously it's possible but you need to set realistic goals.

I don't believe you are 15%bf, but probably higher. I weigh around that, have much more muscle and am around 15%. Either way, I agree with what everyone else is saying.

I was surprised about the reading... I'm probably around a 19-20 range. I know I have a lot of work to do ahead of me
