I've had this problem, my entire life, where my energy levels are so low that I feel like a fukking sloth... physically and mentally.
Although I'm good at sports, used to be a long distance runner, was probaby the fittest in my highschool. Even now I'm definitely more athletic than most people meet. I cylce to work in the summer etc. But fuk man, during every day life and during work I cannot muster enough energy to concentrate on things, or hold a long conversation. I have trouble socialising on occassions, and also have trouble expressing myself. I have trouble remembering things because I'm living in a blur almost. I just want to chill out and sit down the whole time. My favourite part of the day is going to bed. Fukking love sleeping man.
Same goes for motivation. I don't have enough energy to give a fuk about anything. I'm smart enough, I have the tools... but I cannot for the life of me apply myself. If I'm sitting on a bus in some place that I've never been before, I can't even concentrate on where I am or where I should get off, I always have to rely on someone else to do the concentrating for me - this goes for a lot of other sh't.
I've tried taking energy drinks, multiple during the day but honestly they don't do much. I take a lot of vitimins, fish oil etc - I don't think they do much for energy but I'm going to continue taking them. I try to eat as healthily as possible. I've been dabbling in nootropics with piracetam and choline but I've not figured out the right dosages/time of dosages etc. I've tried Focus XT - it works like a treat but I see it as a quick fix rather than a longterm, life long solution.
Anyone else experience this, or know what it is and how to tackle it?
Will rep ofc

In my experience the things that have made worlds of difference in my energy levels: were adhering to a modified paleo diet (cutting out all processed foods, all added sugars, etc), doing no fap, cutting down on drinking alcohol, and maintaining a good sleep cycle. After combining all these things together I felt amazing all of the time.

This might sound like bad advice, but if you seriously don't do anything fun every day (don't use computer, don't fap, don't watch TV, don't hang out with anyone), then even doing something you really hate will be fun, like working hard. It works for me but it's also a bit depressing to live this way. I'm currently in slacker mode now though.

Repped. This is why I enjoy miscing. There's always a few guys going through the same crap as I am, whatever it is.
Thanks man
My problem with the no fap thing is when I do it, I will literally spend every waking moment of the day staring at chicks and walking around with a semi. I even look at ugly chicks. I might limit myself to once or twice a week.

Yeah, isn't that gorgeous? I'm pretty sure if you stop fapping you'll solve your "fatigue" problems, there's a HUGE thread on misc discussing this, in fact there are several.
You'll eventually (give it a couple monoths) "learn" to transfer your visual lust into action in your life. (I don't mean raping whatever you see, but rather focus on things that really matter in your life and MAKE them come true). Plus, the daytime energy is really awesome.
But, yeah, start by "limiting" yourself to once or twice a week. Realize you're putting the beast in you to sleep, at the same time.
