It's not that he lacks mass or striations, it's just the shape and flow preventing most people from getting too excited looking at that.
Kinda like how you see a guy with far bigger arms, but you still wouldn't trade yours for his because you like your insertions a lot more.People these days have more reps than brain cells

As stupid as it's going to sound, this pic actually looks exactly like real life. You can practically see how it would look identical in person. I'd like most shots to be done this way if possible since a lot of the pics that get released are just god-awful trying-too-hard-to-make-it-seem-epic.

From this particular angle of the pic his left bicep looks like its full of synthol. I am not saying he uses synthol but just describing how his bicep looks from this specific angle.
