    Targeting thigh fat.

    I know that targeting certain areas of fat is extremely hard if not impossible, but any tips to get rid of that upper thigh fatness would be appreciated. I am losing weight at a pretty decent rate, but I think these fatty thighs are the last thing to go. Thoughts?

    My thought is if you are losing at a "pretty decent rate"then continue on with your program and you will lean out everywhere (including thighs). Just takes time my friend.

    I've always been in good shape up until about a year ago. Being fat is definitely not in my jeans. Putting on about 50 pounds in a year will give you some chunky legs. On the way back down though.

    Brings up another question. If I start incorporating more leg workouts into my workouts, should that also help lean out my thighs? Always have this retarded thought that it will just make them bigger.

    yes bigger but the shape/appearance of your legs will look different barring any new fat gains

    best bet is just continuing to cut normally
