    Rotating between 3 cutting plans

    Yo basically started cutting and just rotating between these 3 meal plans.
    Stats 180lbs/5'9/12-13% BF

    Do these meal plans seem like i am getting enough pro/fats and kcals?
    any advice or suggestions?
