Just looking for some input I have made steady progress for the last 9 months I have gone from 265lbs to my current 170lbs about 11 week into a cut with and gym routine and I have made steady progress. Just looking for some input I am thinking of continuing to aim to lose more fat in order to lower my chest (moob area) and a bit more definition, I was aiming for a 12 week cut then 2 weeks at maintenance and continue to cut from there is that a good route, input would be appreciated.

1st off awesome work! I would personally cut a little more then bulk up. It really is up to you. Either way great work! Keep it up.

Thanks for the input, I am planning to cut a bit more wanna make sure I lose enough fat and then ease into a slow bulk I want to make sure I have decent chest/ab fat lowered especially the chest fat so that I can notice more definition. Just wanted to hear opinions of those that have been on the same boat end goal for this cut is to lose the chest fat and enough ab fat to have some definition then ease into a bulk, I want to definitely continue progress but after all the weight loss I want to build my muscle/strength core back up.

Wow, fantastic results!
I would probably continue cutting too, but I'm obsessed with being lean, not big!Small, natural strength trainer - currently cutting.

ridiculous amount of progress bro, this is what motivates others to get off their ass.
you could do either as this point, i see loose skin which is normal for as much weight as you've lost in such a short time frame. from what i've read, the loose skin will start to get tighter over time, it just takes it a bit longer to adjust. may want to look into that further tho to see if there is anything else you can do to help it.

Thanks and probably should break it down a bit better
Started RFL on August 2011 at 265lbs
Ended on January 2012 at 180lbs
Then started a cut with a calorie deficit at the end of January was around 188lbs (gained some water weight back) and started a cut until my current 170lbs, I think I gave some the impression that it was 11 weeks for the entire weight loss, for the last 11 week cut lost about 18lbs aimed for a more slower progress.
