Supplements aren't miracle products. Building muscle take a lot of time and fooling around. My suggestion is to get your routine in order as well as your diet. Go to the workout and nutrition section and get help. If you stuggle to get enough protein in your diet buy some whey protein. The multi and fishoil are good for overall health so they would be beneficial. Creatine couldnt hurt either as long as your over 18.
Get your diet and routine figured out, worry about supplements later. Supplements are used to supplement your diet.
