    books such as: dan duchaine body opius diet, william llewyeln anabolics, dorian yates ones e.g any good ones like these just write them down below.....

    read the enclyopedia, big book. teaches you almost everything if not everything about bodybuilding. i still havent read much of it since i've been more focused on personal training and i got it right before i started school.
