A solid diet and workout plan are what you need to bulk. Supplements are really only needed to fill any deficiencies you might have.

If you are dead set on buying some supplements to help you out, I would keep it very simple (and this will save you money): a good multi-vitamin, fish oil, and creatine mono.

You shouldn't need any aminos if you are eating a proper amount of proteins daily and intra-workouts are kind of expensive. However, if you are dead set on them, you can just create your own combo (bulk BCAA powder + electrolyte packet) that basically do the same thing and cost a lot less in the long run.

Ignore that trainer as he's looking to improve his financial health at your expense.

you only need a multi or fish oil if you have any nutrtiobal deficiency. food is the way to go for bodybuilding purposes.
you can buy creatine though. its cheap and proved to be beneficial

    other supps are irrelevant

The effect is a transference of your money to your trainers paycheck. All of these can be attained from whole food sources for a lot cheaper. I'd get some creatine but make sure you're not being ripped off.

As for multivitamins, they are not a replacement for whole food sources and should be used as an absolute last resort or insurance to an already sufficient diet. You could get some cod liver oil for vitamin D as food sources are scarce.

None of those will make you 'bulk', the only thing that will do that is a combination of a caloric surplus and some effective lifting.

    - any brand of multivitamin with around 100% RDA on most things. If it does not have 100% vitamin D5 and you don't get a lot of sun then buy some separately.
    - any brand of fish oil capsules
    - any brand of creatine monohydrate

And that's it. Most of those expensive concoctions contain many things of questionable value.

Honestly at your weight all you need is a good butcher and a good green grocer to bulk.

I use pak, assult an omega 369 and glucosamine but i am on a 2000kcal deficit to cut.

Besides pak already has plenty of AAs and so will the protein shake you take, supplementing extra BCAA is a waste unless you weigh 210lb at 6% bf
