    OX's Keto fun time explosion

    Hey boys and girls. Thanks to some assistance over in the general keto section, I am giving this a shot!

    Atavis said I fall somewhere in between these numbers, and at 310 pounds, that sounds good! I will post daily, as to adjust quickly if I am doing something wrong. Once again, thanks to everyone so far, I am grateful for everyones help.

    No work out today, I did legs yesterday, and am going to gun for the Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday workout schedule. I will add workouts as well.

    Day 2

    Did chest back and abs workout from the original BB Keto page. Did about 30 minutes of cardio, and did about 20 mins in the sauna afterwards.

    I hit keto today, I feel the metallic taste in my mouth. That or I didn't brush my teeth well enough after eating soda cans for breakfast.
