If this (insert whatever trivial thing that is upsetting me) is the worst thing to happen today, I'm going to have a great day.

I'm normally good without them, but my gym got some new barbells and some of them STILL have packing oil on them. I can usually walk around and thieve one of the old bars (that they put back out when I complained aboot the oil) but last week some Crossfit girl had my old bar and a pair of 2.5 lbs weights doing some fruity **** with it so I got stuck with an oily bar. Not a problem with the straps.

OK here's what I got done today.

    2 scoops Con-Cret
    1 scoop Gluta-Tren

This is a Week 3 5/3/1 workout, modified due to *******s using the squat rack and cut a little short on the end because I get bored with machines and abs.

    Barbell Deadlift
    195x5 - double overhand grip
    245x5 - double overhand grip
    295x3 - double overhand grip
365x4 - mixed grip but began to fail
    415x3 - straps
    465xF - straps
    455x1 - straps

^That 415x3 went up so smoothly I was planning on going for 465x2, but when I started it felt like my form was off and I mentally bailed on it. Dropped 10 lbs and pulled successfully.

    Barbell Goodmornings got alternated to:
Superset: Seated Leg Curl / Ab Leg Lift machine thingamabob
    140x10 / BW x 12
    140x10 / BW x 12
    140x10 / BW x 12

Realistically it'll be a few months I think, although I thought for sure I had it today. I'm in a pretty heavy calorie deficit so it's all I can do to hold on to the strength right now, pretty happy actually that I've not lost too much of it thus far. Assuming my weight this morning was accurate I've got 11 more lbs to go and then I get to go back to a surplus, can't freaking wait!

Sounds like you've got a great plan lined up!
Haha I'm 5 months into a bulk and can't wait to cut.. although that's just my vain girl side talkin' ... really tho I'm not looking forward to cutting. How long have you been cutting? Seems like you're doing great holding on to your strength if you're a 'heavy deficit'. I'm always amazed at how people can do that, especially those prepping for a show. If I'm hungry I turn into a monster and lifting suffers for sure yeah, I'm not looking forward to cutting haha!

6 weeks now, but didn't move much at first. I started off with 2 weeks of IF plan and ended up gaining 3 lbs haha. I consider heavy deficit to give me about 2 lbs lost per week, which I hit successfully last week, so hopefully 6 more weeks and I'm done. I don't seem to do well with a slow 1 lb/week that everyone else does.

    Thanks everybody for subscribing.

Awesome product so far! Isn't it?

Took my Gluta-Tren during my sprint's last night and helped me regain my composure after tiring myself out.

    6 x 1 minute sprints, 2 minute rests

Then I went on to bench and I was really trying to focus on form rather than pick the weight up by any means and It looked like this:

    Benched that & 200 x 10, 200 x 2 (frozen rep's)

    DB Lunge 100 x 15

I went in to do more lunges, bigger reps in my bench, and do some rows as well. Came around to and left myself not completing another workout. I think I need to either do less stuff or come up with a better routine if I'm going to keep this up.

Good luck everybody with your logs! Fun to see what were really made of in the gym.

Must have been this great tasting Gluta-Tren that gave me the rush that I could tackle the gym head on today but I felt good after taking it today.

    Workout:

Treadmill sprints - 6x 1 min. sprint, 2 min. rest

    Shoulder press - 125x12, 200x10, 200x30 sec. frozen rep (x2)

    DB Step ups - 100x10 (x4)

    Pulldown - 125x12, 200x10 (x2)

I think the more effort and time I put in the greater I will do so if that's what It's going to take, that's what I'm going to do. Wasn't a perfect workout by any means did I think but again the Gluta-Tren got my blood flowing in a positive way.

Maybe I'll post a quote of the day to keep us going with some few words. Might as well try it out and see.

It is not enough to aim; you must hit.

Feel pretty good today brahs, got a full 7 hours sleep for once so I'm rested. Off day today so I'll probably go rot on the bike for 30 minutes or so. I need to start swimming again but I took my goggles out with me last time I went kayaking and can't find them now.

Thx, I need good luck too lol. Not too hungry on the ECA stack but I have to be honest I'm getting a bit tired of grilled chicken breast which is sad because I grill up a hell of a great chicken breast. My strength seems to be holding up fairly well. I'm keeping the calories up on workout days post-workout and dipping down a little more on off days, maybe there's something to that.

Any big plans for extravagant recipes?
I always just ended up deep frying mine into turkey strips and feeding to the kids. Damn things were tough any other way we cooked them.

Another full 7 hours of sleep, nice.

Got flat bench 1rm today on the 5/3/1, always nervous about this because I workout by myself and on a cut never sure if I can pull off what I expect. I'll try to find a random gym spotter though.

Felt pretty good in the gym today. Matched my PR on bench today, yes it's measly but it's MINE. I'm pretty happy the way I've kept strength on in a cut with the CC/GT stack, gotta say I really would love to see what this stuff would do for me in a bulking/bb routine as opposed to a strength routine like the 5/3/1.

2 scoops Freaking Ridiculously Delicious Lemonade Con-Cret
1 scoop Amazing Bubble Gum Snowcone Gluta-Tren

    Barbell Flat Bench Press
    95x5
    120x5
    145x3
    180x5
205x3<--this felt heavy for some reason
    225x2<--matches my PR
    Extra sets
    135x10
    135x10
    135x10

Hammer Strength Decline Press (Inc was in use)
    230x6
^Did not like a pinching feeling in my shoulder so bailed and went back to flat bench for the 5th set

    Barbell Flat Bench Press
    135x15
^that's an extra set to complete the 5 sets of 10 scheduled after the 5/3/1 base exercise

Hammer Strength High Row (I would normally do BO Row but my back is still sore from Tuesday's DL)
    270x10
    270x10
    270x8
    270x7
    270x7

^As always all lifts done with full ROM with no momentum bounce.

Yeah I guess you can make anything good in a classic crock pot gumbo. Down here most peeps don't even keep the wings and thighs, just the breasts.
