    Question Sprints

    looking to start running some sprints was just looking for a program possible pyramid down from a certain number/ rest period in between any info helps

    I usually do something like this:

    30-meter Sprint x 4 (rest 60 secs)
    50-meter Sprint x 3 (rest 75 secs)
    100-meter Sprint x 1 (rest 90 secs)
    50-meter Sprint x 2 (rest 90 secs)
    30-meter Sprint x 3 (rest 75 sec)

    Something along those lines. Hope this helps
