Finally it is here, the contest you have all been waiting for, the time to separate men from boys, and show bodybuilding.com what it means to be a Spartan!!

Rules


Time Frame

You have 2 months to transform your body and test your will and strenght, you are to be released in the wild with one mission....to become the most shreeded Spartan to ever grace these boards!!

Grading System

You are to bulk or cut at your own criteria to display a physique worthy of being called Spartan at the end of the 2 months period, the physique will be graded on aesthetics, size, conditioning, etc. It will be the sum of what the Spartans consider the closest thing to Zeus himself.

Judges

Who is to judge you proud Spartan? you may wonder...well, your brothers will, we will all vote at the end of the competition to choose our champion, our king will have a poll with the name of the participants and all of us shall vote.

Price

There has been mention of a vast sum of "coins" to be provided by a moderator to the victor of this competition, but I worry not about such superficial things, the glory of being called champion should be enough to satisfy any Spartan soldier.

Attention participants of the Spartan Challenge.

Alright here's the deal, the competition's due day was (April, 9th), and due to our king being unable to start this thread he has asked me to do so in his absence, and so the set up will be as followed.


Instructions:

1- You are free to record your video entry during this week or weekend to have it ready by Monday evening the latest. (I recommend you have it ready before the weekend so you have enough time to upload it to youtube.)

2- The video style is open to your imagination, you can record yourself training, posing, flexing, everything is welcome as long as it's bb/fitness related.

3- The lenght of the video does not matter.

4- Once you have your video uploaded, pm the king and myself or post it directly in this thread.

I have sent a pm to all the participants with these instructions.

That's it brothers, good luck and may Zeus be with you all! =p
