Oh I don't get them either. I lift in private training center, when I do go to a gym it's private, invite only.
I think the whole news years resolution diet thing is dying. I don't think people care as much anymore. At least in my area I don't see the massive advertising of gym memberships or a swamp of diet pills in the store.

Intense as fuk bro
Dont fuk around with nerve damage grace. Its really easy ot make it worse and permanent. You might just have to smoke cigars and chug bourbon on the couch for the next 12 weeks.

Somehow I'm gonna work around this injury I just don't know how yet.
Total adaption time is gonna be like 3 to 4 months. I'm not freaking I swear.. I will train around this somehow.
Well, you know that I know how you feel, eventhough mine was my cervical spine. Though I do not regret my surgery, I regret putting it off. I do have some risedule affects now, possibly for waiting so long, I had to get it done.
If you have 2 hairline fractures, you going to have to ease off some. That is nothing to play with. Neither are the nerves. I know.
I am not sure what else to say other than I know how you feel and I am truely sorry you are feeling this way and the pain.
I'm here for ya.

I have a sports therapist coming over later today. So hopefully I can figure out what I can do safely. If I take off 3 to 4 months that's my whole winter when I should be building strength.. that would put me really far behind. I can't do that. I'll adapt do what I can.
But yeah kinda sucks.

Listen to the others, Grace. Don't play around with a back injury.
It's time to build up your biceps. Be the female version of Clive. Curls for 12 weeks. All curls, all the time. Maybe you can manage calf raises too.
I was looking back through your posts...how did you break it?
Just be careful. Good luck.

Thanks. I'm pretty postive about being able to get up and moving quickly. I started a rehab journal cause why not (above) ... it's not really worth reading yet though. lol
