Aright,
Sometimes when I do a squat/leg curl/leg extension, I get a really strong but concentrated pain like in between my belly button and groin (the frontal upper gooch)
It feels like a vein is about to pop. Is this due to form as I'm fairly new to these exercises? I'm really not lifting that heavy so I don't think it's the weight.
Any ideas? I don't wanna pop the vein that's probably powering my corey

Strengthen your core a bit more might help with overall midsection weakness, if there is a lump there then i would get it checked because it might be a hernia. Otherwise try a weight lifting belt to help support your core, or leave legs for a week and see if that helps.
Other than that i can't suggest much, might have to see a doctor.

Had the same thing happen to me when i started squats a couple weeks ago.
Start LIGHT and work up make sure you have proper form. Breath in and flex your abs when you go down.
My pain was like a burning sensation inside of me. It was duh to weak abdominals. If you have proper form and you work light it will go away and the muscle will build up.
Its been 3 weeks for me and when i started flexing and working on my proper form a little bit more. It went away.

I've had a similar feeling couple of weeks ago when I did my squats... A really intense soreness in my groin/upper adductor. It lasted for about a week and I figured it was just soreness from training. I just started out at low weight and made sure to warm up properly before doing my heavy sets. Never felt it since.
