weighing around 170lb 5 ft 11 16 years old. been training 7-8 months now and have made some okay gains, would like to be bigger. much bigger but what can you do. coming around summer time soon original plan was to continue bulking through but thought itd be worthit to take sometime to get cut for summer makingit more enjoyable and try and maintain and low bodyfat to look good all year (roughly 9-10%) .

do i have enough muscle to cut?
also question about my chest which i feel is slacking the most. been doing incline press, incline flys pec dec and dips should i start training twice a weeek and see what happens?

Edit: Got it.
Would say about 12%-15% body fat. Bulk for the rest of this month and see how much you can gain in size and strength. You'll have more to cut down to if you continue to make solid gains.
