It has been quite some time since I've done a log, so I decided to do one

I've gone from 196 to 201 lbs in the past 5 weeks, while staying at the same bodyfat%, so I am progressing well. My current diet is:
-6 meals a day
-42 grams of protein per meal
-10-15 grams of fat per meal
Meal 1 = 60 carbs
Meal 4 (Post Workout) = 60 carbs
Meals 2,3,5,6 = VEGGIES
4 days a week Upper/Lower split, with 30 minutes cardio done pre-workout.
1-2 of my off days I do 30 minutes on the Treadmill following by some speed/heavy bag work.
