First of all, I would like to say thank you the bossman of Ergogenix for hooking me up with these 2 beautiful products. I would also like to apologize to the whole Ergogenix team because of the delay of this log. I was gonna log this last month but due to some personal misunderstandings with my aunt(who was gonna bring them here all the way to The Philippines). Right now, my body is ready for this as I'm just done with my 4-week bulk as suggested by Layne Norton to do a 4-week bulk and followed up by 2-week cut. I'll be focusing a lot on the two products on my log and give little-no emphasis on my workout + nutrition. Although I'm still going to do my best to be spot on on both. So let's get this started.

I can't comment about the effectiveness of the product right now as it is my first day. However, I didn't feel any hungry couple of hours after each dosage. That's a + for a fatburner as you would want to avoid hunger in unwanted times.

As written above I can't comment on the effectiveness right away. However, the product tasted really really good. It's like Koolaid Fruit Punch, I know it may sound like a cliche but it's the truth.

I wanna say that this product's appetite control properties are definitely top-notch. And no, I'm not biased. I am honest with all my reviews and logs. I actually feel the same kind of appetite control like Craze especially preworkout. I must say, this could be one of the best innovative stimmed fat burner out in the industry right now. For anyone looking on a stim-based fat-burner, give Ergoshred a look before searching for anything else. No offense Ergoburn, but Ergoshred is your father!

Hmm. Let me start out by saying that Ergopump is a generic preworkout product for me. Well, generic in a sense of using the most common yet effective preworkout ingredients. I don't really like the addition of caffeine to it but the stuff works and the taste is surprisingly great. It would work wonders together with Hemavol.

I'm transferring to another city. Apparently, the best city in The Philippines for me. The girls are everywhere and they're really good(quality-wise: face, body, etc.) and I have ALOT of friends there compare to what I have right now. Basically, every 2nd week of January, the place turns into a big mess filled with fun, craziness, and basically everything. I can't actually wait. But the main purpose that I'm transferring is that I'm going to play in a semi-professional division in basketball. So, wish me luck.
