    Micronized creatine

    I'm currently supplementing bodybuilding.coms micronized creatine. The creatine requires loading taking 3-4 scoops for 4-5 days. Then after loading take one scoop daily. I have a problem with remembering to take my one scoop daily sometimes especially on days I don't lift. If I go 1-3 days without taking a scoop would I need to start over and load again or is it okay to just continue to take one scoop?

    I would not load, loading isn't necessary. If you miss a day, you miss a day. It won't matter if you are already saturated.

    There is absolutely no need to load in the first place, so you will be absolutely fine, and will not need to load.

    People tend to make creatine much more difficult then it needs to be. 3-5g per day, no loading, no cycling. You can take it anytime of the day, and you do not need to take it with juice.

    I've never loaded. 3-5g daily for a month or so will reach saturation and won't cause much if any of a bloat.
