They're not recipes, but for savoury dishes I think any plain (like Greek) yoghurt goes well with rice and for sweet dishes, oats and berries.

For Chobani in particular, google 'Chobani kitchen' (although I doubt all the dishes will be healthy haha)

Savory: add in a few teaspoons of ranch dressing powder. instant low fat, (fairly) low carb, high protein dip/dressing.

Sweet: 225 g FF GY, 1 packet swiss miss diet cocoa, 1 spoonful/packet of splenda, 5g SF/FF jello mix (I use chocolate), 32g sunflower butter (optional makes it taste better but adds 200 cals, PB would work too but I have a nut allergy). Mix everything together, and you can even freeze it for 1-2 hours(but make sure to stir it up every 20 minutes) and it makes a pseudo froyo.

Place 16 oz of fat free Greek yogurt in the freezer for fifteen minutes. Remove from freezer and stir in approximately 30 grams of your favorite protein flavor (PB&J=win). The amount is variable dependent upon how strongly one wants the protein flavor to come through. I use a little less than 30 grams because I like for a bit of the yogurt's natural acidity to remain.

Top the yogurt/protein powder mixture with your favorite cereal. The best options are a mixture of Cheerios, Chex, and Fiber One Honey Squares. These cereal combine to create a beautiful textural contrast and add a welcomed crunch.

Honestly, home made greek yogurt is the best answer for taste. I have been making my own yogurt, then straining it to make it "greek" stylw for a few months now.... SO FRESH! also, i just find it tastes better. I calculate the macros each time I make it, and it normaly comes out around 19g protein, 13g carb, and 3-4g fats per 150 calorie serving.

Not to mention I have saved an ass ton of money, the yogurt maker has payed for itself many times.

I know this isn't what you were looking for, but i always like to let fellow greek yogurt lovers in on how great home made yogurt is!

.5c yogurt, 8oz chicken, ounce of walnut, some grapes, celery, and black pepper = great chicken salad
Then put on top of good toast with cheese of choice on top then broil until cheese melts or in a wrap.
Ditch your meal plan and develop a diet that combines sound nutrition with the foods you enjoy by eating when you see fit in the portions that allow you to achieve your macronutrient and caloric needs while providing sufficient micronutrients, energy and satiety. One can never forget that nutrition is a tool, not a restraint; the enjoyment of life should always come first. Psychological, sociological and emotional health should never be threatened by the attempt to increase physiological health.

I'm really surprised at how some people sweeten greek yogurt up while some people use it in regular foods like salads and other meals. Very interesting
