Sorry about the topic title. I'm just so frustrated because I never seem to get this sh*t pain out of my way. It's like a tingling or "electrifying" itch that hurts somewhere around the trap/shoulder area (can't really tell the EXACT spot, but only on my left side). I have no idea where this came from, but it started to happen for like 4 months ago and I think it's just getting worse. The pain occurs like 1-3 times during my entire workout routine. At this very moment I can feel the pain at home too. Just lying in my bed or sitter at the computer. It doesn't hurt that bad, but it feels like a needle at a very high speed and it's very frustrating.
Should I quit doing what I love to make the pain go away...? Any tip would be more than highly appreciated! :-(
