need some advice if possible
basically ive been going gym consistently for nearly a year now and recently developed tendonitis on the right elbow and even more recently shoulder pain on the right arm too !!
now this obviously affected the strength on most of my lifts as i just cant push hard enough with the pain but i also dont want to stop the whole gym routine as i have a good thing going on.
Ive just started my cut and i want to see it through.
Can anyone give me any tips on how to get through this?? Im trying to avoid certain exercises as they hurt more than others
