Ok I may be thinking completely wrong but I thought when you cut you don't build muscle but lose fat and possibly a little muscle.
The only reason I mention this is according to my body my muscles are getting larger. I hit my back/triceps today and went home and saw this huge red mark across my left lat muscle and a few of them on my traps.
My diet is completely in check as this isnt my first cut. Is this just caused by the pump I got or what, I've never gotten the beginnings of a stretch mark from a pump.

Same thing happened to me...Bulked up to 230, now im cutting and about at 210 or a little less...Stretch marks around my armpit, i think its the change in size that your skin goes through it was stetched and now that you are getting smaller the skin is looser and reveals stretch marks. Not exactly sure, just a guesss, but same bull**** happened to me

lol this is strange in for answers, i just started cutting hoping this doesnt happen to me. I have tons on stretch marks on my armpits and rear delts and my butt

When dieting down you most likely will gain lean muscle while at the same time losing fat. But sometimes I get stretch marks after working out that muscle for example when I do shrugs I get them on my neck but then they go right away but same with a buddy of mine his last about a day though, so yours could just be temporary.
