Happened to me a few months ago, put some good size on my arms just from changing the way I'd been training them

Read the parameters. They had to cut 4x as long as they other group, cutting < a pound every weak in order to gain muscle while losing fat. It's very inefficient.

I didn't see that part but I believe it was .7% of your total body weight, which for me would be 1.4lbs a week which lol is fine by me :- ) also I've been lmmfao at your posts in some thread about poptarts and bread before bed you're a nut bro. Also I was browsing a thread not too long ago that had a link to download a book I believe was by lyle mcdonald do you have it? I think you were in that thread.

Not sure which book. He has a lot.
IIRC in the study weight loss ended up begin verrrry sloooow, especially relative to the minuscule LBM gain. The BIG flaw in it though is that the participants were NOT screened for prior resistance training, they were just random athletes from other sports. A few outliers who had never lifted before could throw a cog in the results easily.

True I saw that as well and was like they could've taken a soccer player or some other bs who doesn't do much if any resistance training. && did you mean beginning or being very slow? It looked like a 3 week difference am I right?
