Im an ectomorph hardcore. Mt metabolism is crazy and sometimes even lose weight! I think its because i also do alot of cardio but i want to bulk and build mas. Lately been curious about celltech..ppl say its roids? what ive read so far is, its creatine? im lately thinking to purchase it to maximize my gym results? Ive been gymming for 6 months now. been simply on whey.
i'd appreciatve if someone can enlighten me on this! Below u have my current pic. remember, it was nothin 6 months ago.
Any critiques of what i should work on? Beside eating! since, im loading up myself with kval.

Cell tech by muscletech is a waste of money
If you're having trouble gaining weight stop spending money on supplements and spend it on food, quality food, lean meats, fresh veggies, complex carbs and some fruit
