    Confused

I am a freshmen football player with D1 potential depending on how I manage my training. I am 6'3" and 195 lbs with about 17% BFP. I play D Line and O Line as well as D End and Longsnapping. I need to get faster (through fat loss) as well as getting stronger and heavier (through muscle gains) in time for a combine in June. I was wondering what type of training program you guys would recommend as well as what type of nutrition plan and supplements. Thanks

as a freshman in highshool you should be eating everything in sight. Focus on your squat, deadlift and cleans, as these will build your explosiveness off the ball. Look into getting a good coach or trainer if you are just starting to do these exercises because getting a good form down at an early age will make your training 1000000 x easier in the long run. As far as speed goes, foot ladders, 40's, jump rope, are all great ways to work on foot speed.

Why are you going to a combine at 14?
