I am sure it had to be diagnosed in detail
I cringed hard at 1 year 5 months. 1 year and 5 months from now I plan on being pretty well on my way to my dream physique, and ending up like this guy scares the chit out of me.
Was it just a pure chit diet where he wasn't monitoring anything or what?
And what happened to him? He ever get back on track or just go MIA?

Yeah I am assuming he just ate alot and didnt follow any kind of lifting regiment and flirted with creating his own. Prob stuck to machines. You see people go from fatties to aesthetic gods in 2 years, and he went from skinny to I dont even know. Also his posture when flexing, going too hard on the traps or something i dont even...

The problem is he gained 57 pounds in 1 year 5 months. Broken down that's 3.35 pounds per month, which in and of itself isn't a terrible amount to gain while bulking, but proper and consistent (like the guy above me said) training needs to be done as well.

He ate like **** and he lifted like a pussy. That's it.
90% of his meals were some precooked chicken+rice bowl or something, and then at night he would eat an entire ****ing chicken. Srs. He lifted three hours per day, and made zero progress, but didn't change anything. After that 1 year 5 months, he was benching 90 pounds or something like that. 100% srs.

I have to go with this. I dreamer bulked up to 300 but threw down enough in the gym to get in the 1000 pound club at 5RM. Now that I'm down to 230 on my way to 200 I have to say I put on some serious muscle in addition to the serious fat. If you just do the eat big and not the train big then you end up like frog boy.

There is something else that made his bulk go wrong, because I put 70 pounds on in 7 months during my dreamer bulk, and I'm pretty sure I put on a lot more lean mass than that guy. Feel free to be the judge of that, this is my progress thread - http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...3632353&page=1

You did put on more lean mass, GJDM. But that leads to the second part of my post, he didn't train correctly. I'm assuming you lifted hard/heavy and consistently, yes? That's the biggest difference. Plus you started out small enough that putting on fat would have been almost as beneficial as putting on the muscle. lol.

Bad genetics, nothing else.
If you didn't even lift and ate as much as him, you would gain more muscle tham him, granted you actually have genetics for bodybuilding, which 95% of the population don't (also explains why almost no naturals in your gym actually makes progress or why so many people on here have no avi's)
Chances are you will end up like him OP, also he does post here ever now and then, he's called dreamer_ ( that's wyh we call it dreamer bulking duh)

Most gains (fat) were made in 3 months.
I didnt understand the concepts of anything.
As a result
- I overtrained (by a long shot). My training was in fact consistent. So consistent that my cns never had a chance to recover.
- I over ate by about 3,500 calories above my maintenance daily.
- The packet rice was packed with sodium, Hence the inflation in my face.
lol gotta love all the assumptions made with followup conclusions based on said assumptions.
