Whenever I see early pics of dorian or ronnie, you can just see their potential for greatness. Maybe that's because we already know what they became, but it's rare you see a no name guy, or an amateur and think they have that kind of potential.
I can't decide which picture's the best, that front lat spread looks pretty incredible.
Only took him 6 years from this competition to be second place at the Olympia.

That shows in these pictures imo, especially the last one.It is with people like you that this sport will never grow. "When you say, everything and anything to be pro, do you mean even to turn HOMO?...

In a seminar I went to last year, somebody asked him when joe bloggs (forgotten the UK bodybuilders name now) beat Yates (which was only one of 3 I think besides Mohammed and Haney) how did he feel about it?
Yates: It didn't bother me, because I went on to win 6 x Olympias and (he), went on to run a fish and chip shop in UK.
Lol.-80 kgs in 15 months.
-100 kgs goal (75kgs bodyweight)
Abs on a skinny guy is like a fatgirl with big tits, it doesn't count.

First year, don't blame him for pretty much collapsing, I bet it was something he never expected. After that I don't blame him for being happy but he was always the clear winner. I kind of hope I'm wrong about Dorian and missed a year/photo/video where he seems happy to win but I can't think of any.
"Congratulations Dorian, you've been crowned Mr Olympia after all the years of training and weeks of hard diet and cardio, your hard work has paid off."
"Oh, okay then"
EPO all in my veins; Lately things just don’t seem the same; Actin’ funny, but I don’t know why; ’Scuse me while I pass this guy.

Dorian considered himself as a serious athlete, he said that pre interview, Dorian evidently carried that over even until he was pysically holding the sandow.
Dorian was the ultimate professional and considered himself an athelete. He was mentally and pysically in control right the way throught his carreer. Dorian did not have any need to smile, he was only concerned about what could make him a better athlete and smiling is not something that can do that.TEAM WOLF + TEAM KAI +TEAM CEDRIC + TEAM ROMGLE - TEAM RAMY - TEAM FAIR JUDGING

I read years ago when Peter McGough (Sp?) from Flex asked Dorian why he wasn't more excited when he won contests. He replied "When you train harder than anyone else, eat better than anyone else and give 100% it should be no suprise when you win." Something to that nature. To me it shows his warrior mentality.
