All right, it's time to talk one on one with everyone here; listen carefully brahs. This is the revolution. Everybody asks, what the **** is this about; the **** is up with this diet kunt? You're ****ing up yourself kunt. It's a ****ing act; there is no 70's diet. You mirin' brah? I'll give you more reason to mire now brah; this ****ing diet brah...#sigh# Everyone has a little bit of 70's diet in them, every ****ing kunt out there, you're a ****ing 70's brah if you wanna be brah. Stop being a ****ing sad kunt all right. Go out, eat like they did in the 70's, that's what we ****ing do, kunt.
Remember, the 70s diet is not merely a diet, but the personification of a way of life.

Fuark, 2nd leg session of the week. That feel when you get back to your house and you have to walk up a flight of stairs feeling like a complete and utter spastic.
Last assignment due in tomorrow and then nothing else until exams mid may.

Apparently an average Ostrich egg is the equivalent of around 24 medium sized eggs eggs; similar macros but different micronutrients (chicken eggs has more vit A and E but ostrich eggs are lower in cholestrol) AFAIK.
Which is probably somewhere around 1650 144 0 120 off the top of my head***Talk s**t get hit crew***
