    Meat Amino's

I eat a shed load of lean mince beef (ground beef).. around about 3-4kg a week more than i eat chicken.

Is the amino profile of lean mince that much different to chicken that it would have any much affect on gains?

    Thanks

    Enjoy your beef, bro.

Quarterpounder hamburger is 113 grams of beef. Assuming you use lean beef, that patty will give you 1.12 grams of Isoleucine, 1.89 grams of Leucine, and 1.19 grams of Valine, which amounts to 4.2 grams of BCAA. Sorry Scivation.

Any complete protein source like that, meat, dairy, eggs etc are so close that there isn't any practical difference in terms of their ability to build muscle, particularly if you are hitting the recommended protein requirements. Enjoy.
