    "Somewhat Paleo" - hahaha

This amuses me because paleo has such a vague definition anyway.

Minimally processed foods is usually a good way to go if they meet your macro requirements.

Why so many meals - do you prepare/cook/eat for a living?

haha thats why I said somewhat paleo, the food is all unprocessed excluding the supplements.

I just find it easier to eat smaller meals throughout the day. Pay my mum $50 a week to do all my cooking and food prep so its not a huge deal for me.

but any health concerns with so much steak etc?

It's probably not easier for your mum prepping all your multitude of meals

You know there is no metabolic advantage to eating this way right?
