I'm currently been working out and dieting consistently for about 2-3 weeks now.
I've been taking whey protein, with some dietary supplements, vitamins, and the Musclepharm Shred Matrix
What my goal really is: Not to get bulky but still build up some muscle while mainly trying to slim down and get cut.
I've got too much excess fat around my lower pecs and lower abs that I'm desperately trying to rid.
I'm about to finish my Musclepharm Shred Matrix, and I'm looking at Hydroxycut Hardcore Elite
My question is pretty simple.
Should I stick with with the Shred Matrix, or maybe switch to the Hydroxycut.
Or is it dangerous to take both?
I'm trying to figure out what the most efficient way to cut my body fat % is.
Any input would be greatly appreciated!
