All the legal experts are saying that due to technicalities in the law the shooter can't be charged with anything inspite of instigating the situation. The FBI is stepping in, so hopefully they will get to the truth, whatever that may be. Personally I think the legislation needs to be changed.

1. Did you instigate or start the problem
2. Did you escalate the problem
3. Was there an escape or way out.

Fat fuk started it, escalated it, and could have avoided everything by listening to what he was told "to not follow." despite wtf happened after he got out of his car, it doesn't matter, the kid obviously started to act out in self defense first.

As I understand it, in Florida you can claim self defense on a killing and it transfers the burden of proof onto the state. The only witness who saw anything of the actual physical confrontation say they saw the victim on top of the shooter punching him. The law doesn't seem to care that the shooter caused the situation to occur by following/harassing the victim, which is why so .many people are upset, and rightfully so I might add.

Also, you will hear people say the victim screamed for help. That hasn't been verified by the authorities as yet. The shooter claims he was screaming for help when the victim was punching him. The FBI has stepped in and is doing voice analysis on this recording. Hopefully they can learn the TRUTH, whatever that may be.

You will also hear people say the shooter disobeyed police .orders. this is also completely false. He didn't do what a police dispatcher told him to. A dispatcher is not an officer and you are under no obligation to obey them.

Any reasonable person will assume that Trayvon was in a submissive position when he was screaming for help. If he was atrempting to grab the gun while screaming for help in that manner, it would be protected by "stand your ground" anyways.

Who gives a fuk if he was trying to grab it from him. Obviously Zimmerman had it pulled on the kid. Who wouldn't defend themselves? What cause did zim have to pull it out? Obviously there was a physical altercation already taking place. If it was zim who started it. He's at fault. If he pulled his gun with no altercation, he's at fault. If the kid started the altercation he should still be charged because he instigated it.
