    swimming is the best exercise i know of for getting bodyfat down, while building strength and a great body. it is my preferred exercise--as it is not like i feel that i have to do it--just feels great and will whip you into shape real quick.

I miss the days when I was 155 and not catching hell from people calling me fat-ass and crap like that, plus it would be nice to not have to buy a new pair of jeans every couple months, haha. Of course, I don't have much up on my profile yet because I haven't started anything. Any and all hell/advice is greatly appreciated!

    Hey guys. New routine got botched last week... Ended up doing some construction... I didn't think that would make me a sore as it did but it ****ed me up a little... didn't help my left arm out at all.. so I have taken it easy for the past week or so... My back kind of exploded recently.. (upper) I am super proud of my progress... I have added about an inch there and managed to do it while keeping my weight stable... my stomach is starting to get oblique lines too and my chest is getting hard too... I can't wait to go to the gym later for a good chest workout. I have also been upping my cardio (legs are starting to get bigger and smaller (less fat more muscle just in odd places))
    Anyways been thinking about adding some aminos to my post workout drink... and I am out of my noxplode so I am going to need to buy a new preworkout here soon... anyone that has any suggestions about it let me know...
    Oh and for those interested in progress pics they will be popping up at some point towards the end of the month... anyone that wants some beforehand... well message me and I will send you some... Just haven't noticed much of a difference myself to take a picture besides my back and I have to kind of have someone take that for me...

    congrats on the gains! Keep up the consistency, bro. Even if you have to change things up a little bit due to injury or just real life creeping up on you, as long as you stick with it, the gains will come. I'm sure you already know this, but its good to get encouragement now and then. Sorry, but I don't have the knowledge base to help with supps.

    In my experience, NOExplode does very little and has no active ingredients. I don't recommend it.

    Well, it's mainly caffeine, B vitamins and a bit of creatine; all 3 help out. I heard that different people tolerate different preworkouts differently. I actually really like NOXPlode, but tried Assault once and that did nothing for me.

    Yeah I need a willing volunteer for sure. I dont have an iPhone... thank god. I am an android lover (computer nerd) I actually asked my friends girlfriend who I take to the gym with me last week if she would be willing to measure me. She didn't fuss about it at all which was nice but I kind of got stoned and forgot to ask her about it again before i left...

    (hoping the dual quote works) I have been fluctuating about 10 lbs between the past month... was up to 180 this week I got on the scale at 173. But I am finally getting my appetite back sooooo hopefully I will be able to put on some weight over the next month. I also noticed im getting stretch marks on my biceps... was super excited about that yesterday.

    I don't know if it's considered a pre-workout, but I really like Amino Energy by Optimum Nutrition. Also, a coworker told me he uses 1 More Rep. Maybe check those out?

    Well met with the trainer again at the gym to try to figure out some exercises to help work the middle of my chest - currently just have an in gap at the bottom of my pecs that really isn't working for me. so learned a couple new cable exercises to help. Going to the gym here in a bit to do some squats with a friend of mine... yay squats x.x

    Just arranging our annual trip to the northeast....going to be in Boston over July 4th weekend to celebrate my folks' 60th anniversary, and then off to a week in Provincetown....the last few days we are there will be the start of Bear Week...should be interesting....never been there for that week, although it seems like everyone we know goes there that week...the parties look pretty hawt....
